This site earns through affiliate relationships with some of the providers it covers, and not with the rest. That is the only thing for sale here, and it buys a link, not a verdict.

What is available

A performance relationship: we link to your service from your own review page and from the pages that list sellers, each through our own redirect, and you pay when a reader signs up. Every partner link says we may be paid, beside the link itself, every time it appears. This site is reader-supported, and when someone buys through a link here we may earn an affiliate commission. Which providers that applies to, and which it does not, is set out on the disclosure page.

What is not available, at any price

• A place among the others. Partners are listed first on the seller index, then everyone else, and inside each group the order is alphabetical, the same rule for everyone. No partner is placed above another partner, and a provider that pays us nothing is not moved down among the rest.
• A verdict, a score, or a favorable rewrite. Copy is not shown to providers for approval before it publishes.
• The removal of an unflattering fact. If a provider advertises a “from” price with no dose attached, or does not name a dispensing pharmacy, that is printed on paid rows and unpaid rows alike.
• Exclusion of a competitor. Providers who pay us nothing stay in the roster, on the same markup.
• Influence over research. A labeled provider widget may appear alongside research, but payment cannot change clinical findings, risk information or citations.
• Sponsored posts, guest posts, or link insertions. Not accepted.
