This site makes money when a reader clicks through to some — not all — of the providers it writes about. Of the 3 providers in the roster, 2 pay us and 1 does not.
Who pays us
These providers pay us if you sign up through a link here: Placeholder Provider Alpha, Placeholder Provider Beta.
Who does not
We are paid nothing if you sign up with Placeholder Provider Gamma. It is in the roster on the same markup as the paid rows, with the same background, the same border and the same button, and its write-up is not written more harshly for it.
What the money does not change
- A paid relationship is marked on the row itself, next to the link, every time the link appears — not once at the bottom of a page.
- Paid and unpaid rows are rendered identically apart from one small text badge and their position in the list.
- 1 of 3 provider names a dispensing pharmacy on a semaglutide page. Whether a provider pays us has no bearing on whether that fact is printed.
- 2 of 3 providers advertise a “from” or introductory figure rather than a standing rate. That is stated on paid rows and unpaid rows alike.
- 1 of 3 provider publishes the titration schedule they will actually follow.

Selling to that reader is what would make everything else on the site untrustworthy, so those pages are exempt by rule and not by judgement call.

Links to providers who do not pay us carry no tracking of any kind.
