Some of the sellers written about here pay this site when a reader signs up through one of its links. a few of the sellers listed have an arrangement of that kind; the rest have none. Your bill is the same either way, because a seller funds its commission out of its own margin rather than adding it to what you are charged.

Where the money comes from

Follow a link from here to a seller and sign up, and that seller may pay this site a commission. Nothing is added on your side: the price is the one you would have paid arriving under your own steam, and no code or account of ours changes it. That is the whole commercial model. This site uses affiliate provider widgets. It charges nothing for being written about and accepts no sponsored posts, guest posts or paid link insertions. What the commission pays for is the reading — labels, trial publications and seller price pages, gone through one at a time.

What a partnership moves

Paying partners are listed ahead of other providers in the review directory, price comparison and homepage provider cards. Within each group, providers are alphabetical. Labeled provider widgets are drawn from paying partners. This site publishes no score and awards no rating, so there is no number here for money to bend. What it can reach is order, in the places named above, and nothing else.

What it cannot move

• The figure. A price here is what the seller published on the page it was read from. Paying us does not round it, refresh it, or take it down.
• The qualifier. Where a price is a “from” number, an introductory rate or a prepay total, the page says so on a paying seller’s row exactly as it does on anybody else’s.
• The reading date. The capture date appears with the price record or at the top of its page. It reflects when the source was read, rather than a promise that a price is still available.
• An awkward fact. If a seller does not name the pharmacy that dispenses, or does not publish the titration schedule it intends to follow, that is printed whether or not it pays us.
• The write-up. No seller sees a page about itself before that page publishes. None can edit it, approve it, or withdraw a conclusion from it. Where the money and the reader want different things on this site, the money is the part that gets dropped.
• Anything clinical. What an approved label says and what a published trial found are not commercial questions, and no payment reaches them.

The sellers who pay us nothing

They are listed the whole way through, in the same tables, on the same markup, with the same button, and they are not written about more harshly to make a paying row look better. They are also not promoted: earning nothing from a seller does not push it forward any more than earning something buys it a softer sentence. A paid relationship is marked on the row itself, beside the link, every single time the link appears, and never once at the foot of a page.

Advertising alongside research

Research articles may carry a clearly labeled paid-provider widget alongside the article, or after the article on smaller screens. Advertising does not change the evidence, establish that a provider is suitable for you, or mean a named treatment is appropriate for the condition discussed. Editorial citations lead to the underlying scientific or official sources.

Tools and policy pages do not carry provider advertising. We may test different widget wording and measure views and clicks when analytics is enabled. Our privacy policy explains the controls.

How a link out actually works

Every outbound link to a seller, paid or not, goes through a redirect on this domain rather than straight out. Where a seller pays us, that redirect adds our publisher id and a short set of labels describing the link itself — which seller, which page it was on, which slot it sat in — so the network can attribute the click. Where a seller does not pay us, nothing whatsoever is added, and the address you arrive at is the one that seller published. None of it describes you: no identifier of yours travels with the click. What is written down on our own side, and what is deliberately missing from it, is set out in the privacy policy.

What this site is not, and what it does not cover

It is written by an independent publisher. It is not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, not a telehealth service and not a compounder, and nothing connects it to any seller or to any manufacturer beyond the affiliate arrangements described on this page. The sellers listed here are also not the market. A company can be missing because nobody has written it up yet rather than because it was examined and rejected, so absence from these pages is not a verdict on anybody.

Before you pay anyone

Open the seller’s own page before you hand over a card. A price here is a reading, taken once on the date printed beside it and not re-read since, and this market moves prices without telling anybody. What a plan includes, which states it serves and which pharmacy fills it move as well. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and whether to take this drug at all gets settled between you and a prescriber who can see your whole record — the medical disclaimer sets out the rest.
