Trademarks
Last updated September 2026.
Every product, brand and company name on this site belongs to its owner. They are used here to identify what is being written about, and nothing more.
Nominative use
Drug names, brand names and provider names appear on this site because it is not possible to write a reference about a medication or to compare providers without naming them. Their use here is descriptive. It does not imply that any owner endorses, sponsors, reviews, or is affiliated with this site, and none of them does.
Generic and brand names
“Semaglutide” is a generic drug name and is not a trademark. Brand-name products containing semaglutide are sold under registered trademarks belonging to their manufacturers. Where this site refers to a branded product, the mark belongs to that manufacturer.
Provider names
Telehealth and pharmacy names used on the cost and provider pages are the marks of those companies. Some of those companies pay us when a reader signs up through a link here and some do not; that relationship is a commercial one and is disclosed beside each link. It is not a trademark licence and it does not imply endorsement in either direction.
This site’s own name
The name and design of this site belong to its operators. No claim of registration is made.
If you own a mark used here
If you believe a mark is used incorrectly on this site, write to editor@thesemaglutidereport.com with the page and the mark and we will correct it.
