10rx review
The monthly figure is a quarterly commitment
10rx displays $99.67 per month alongside a $299 payment collected today for its quarterly semaglutide plan. That is a monthly equivalent, rather than evidence of a separate monthly installment option. The product page does not give a complete alternative monthly-payment price. Compare the actual first charge and the supply it covers. If you prefer paying one month at a time, obtain that option and its full charge before submitting an order.
What the advertised package includes
The product description includes a licensed provider evaluation, prescribed medication and discreet delivery. It describes instructions and supplies for home use, with no insurance required. The selection still depends on the clinician finding treatment appropriate after reviewing your history. An included evaluation does not mean a guaranteed prescription or continuous appointments. Establish how follow-up questions and prescription adjustments work during the paid quarter, especially if a clinician changes or stops treatment before every planned shipment has arrived.
A quarterly payment deserves a different comparison from a monthly subscription. Start with our guide to prepaid plans. bmiMD review also separates monthly equivalents from the amount committed upfront.
Cancellation has more than one deadline
The terms distinguish an initial order from a refill. They require an initial cancellation before the provider writes a prescription and a refill cancellation at least forty-eight hours before transmission to the pharmacy. After transmission, the current order cannot be stopped under the stated policy. The terms also say the active subscription period must be fulfilled before cancellation becomes effective. Ask which deadline applies to your quarter and its individual shipments; canceling a future renewal should not be treated as undoing an existing commitment.
A pause can restart automatically
10rx allows requests through the patient portal, email or telephone and says billing resumes when a specified pause ends unless cancellation occurs first. Its terms generally exclude refunds for partially used terms and fulfilled orders, subject to stated discretion and applicable law. Save the next processing date and written confirmation of any pause or cancellation. A pause is useful only if its restart date and remaining obligations are clear, rather than merely removing a shipment from the immediate calendar.
Pharmacy names are not an assignment
The product page presents Optimal Balance Pharmacy and also includes Hallandale and Vials RX labels in its pharmacy area. It describes an Optimal Balance preparation containing B12. Those public descriptions do not identify the pharmacy and formulation assigned to every patient. Request your actual dispenser, full ingredient list and contact details before relying on a product image or pharmacy tab. A compounding description should not be read as FDA approval or evidence that all possible formulations are interchangeable.
Understand the limited refund exceptions
The patient-information page generally excludes prescription returns and refunds, but says damage during shipping or an incorrect dispensing may be considered for a refund or replacement. Its stronger general nonrefund wording also appears in the terms. Keep the order label and shipment documentation and contact the service promptly about an error. These exceptions are different from a satisfaction guarantee or a refund for stopping treatment. This review covers published purchase conditions; appointment access and clinical response times were not tested.
