The standard injection and microdose offers differ

Bayan's pricing page lists standard compounded semaglutide with vitamin B6 at $129 a month and a separately marketed microdose program at $99 a month. Both are described as flat-price treatments, without a membership fee. These are different programs; the lower headline should not replace the standard injection quote. A microdose label alone does not establish that a treatment is appropriate, effective or interchangeable with another prescription.

Monthly payment does not mean monthly flexibility

The standard injection page says patients receive three months of medication at a time and are billed $129 each month. It requires an initial ninety-day commitment during which cancellation is unavailable. After that period, it describes month-to-month renewal. This is a material distinction from trying a flexible one-month plan. Ask about the payment schedule and what happens if a clinician stops treatment.

What is included and what needs confirming

The product page includes physician consultation, medication and expedited shipping, with no dose-related price increase. The FAQ says program costs generally include supplies and clinician time, but some local or pharmacy charges may fall outside the bundle. Ask whether your clinician requires lab work and whether that cost is included. A separate listing for tests or coaching should not be assumed part of the semaglutide purchase.

The renewal notice requirements do not fully agree

The product page says cancellation after the initial commitment can occur before the next billing date. The general terms instead require opting out of recurring protocol cycles at least fifteen days before the next cycle begins, potentially starting another sixty- or ninety-day protocol if missed. Obtain the applicable deadline in writing. The safest budgeting assumption is not that a monthly payment guarantees the same cancellation timing as a monthly shipment.

Refunds depend on the treatment stage

The terms generally make consultation fees nonrefundable once clinical review begins and limit refunds after medication is prescribed or prepared. They say installment obligations can cover the entire protocol already dispensed, even when payments continue monthly. Delivery problems should be reported in writing within twenty-four hours under the shipment provisions. Clarify how medically necessary discontinuation is handled before agreeing to a multi-month prescription and payment obligation.

Our assessment

Bayan publishes a comparatively clear standard medication price, but the initial commitment and competing renewal wording are essential parts of that quote. The FAQ advertises access in all fifty states, subject to the individual treatment, clinician and pharmacy. It describes a third-party pharmacy network without identifying a universal dispenser. Confirm your state, assigned pharmacy, full commitment and final stop-renewal date before treating the flat monthly price as a complete buying decision.
