The low semaglutide figure is not a Wegovy price

BiltRx's compounded semaglutide page lists $81 per month and explicitly says consultation and shipping apply separately. Its Wegovy page lists a different branded product and price. The compounded offer and the branded Wegovy listing refer to different medicines and should be compared separately. Start with the exact product your clinician proposes, then add the separate visit and delivery charges before comparing a bundled competitor.

Get the continuing total and dose coverage

The product page does not attach its $81 monthly headline to a specific weekly dose or establish the separate consultation and shipping amounts. That means the displayed medication figure alone cannot settle a continuing treatment budget. Ask what quantity it buys, whether the charge changes with your prescribed dose, how often a visit is billed and what the full renewal will be. The semaglutide amount should not be extrapolated into a dose-by-dose schedule that the current offer does not publish.

Clinical review is part of the process

The FAQ describes a virtual consultation, review of medical history, possible diagnostic testing and a customized plan with monitoring. It says the service is cash-pay. Ask whether any required tests are included in the quoted consultation or paid separately. An advertised prescription product still requires the clinician's approval. The FAQ describes video consultations, so do not assume the program is questionnaire-only or that payment itself guarantees medication.

The pharmacy lists need an order-specific answer

BiltRx's FAQ names Southend and Boothwyn as compounding examples. Its terms instead name GoGo Meds and Tailor Made, and allow prescription transfers among pharmacies. These lists do not establish the dispenser for your semaglutide order. Ask for the actual pharmacy and address, and how to contact its pharmacist. The FAQ also allows some commercially available prescriptions to go to a local pharmacy, with that pharmacy's medication cost paid separately from BiltRx fees.

Cancel against the processing date, not the delivery date

The terms permit cancellation by account, email or telephone at least two days before the renewal processing date, effective at the end of the current period. They also allow some renewals and shipments to process early. Partially used periods generally are not refunded, and a pause can resume automatic billing when it ends. Obtain the next processing date and cancellation confirmation. BiltRx is easier to compare once the medication, visit, shipping and actual dispenser are identified together.
