Its separate oral semaglutide product should not be substituted into this injection comparison.

The headline does not cover every dose

The general pricing page displays semaglutide at $109 a month, while the weight-loss overview still has a $139 starting headline. The actual product selector provides the more specific choices and higher supply prices. Confirm the selected vial quantity, concentration and prescribed weekly instructions before paying. Some product labels combine supply amounts and concentration wording awkwardly; this review does not turn them into a dosing recommendation. If your prescription changes, obtain the next order total instead of assuming the lowest price continues.

Ask how a clinical concern is escalated and whether a follow-up requires a booked visit. The semaglutide landing page describes a provider reviewing the intake before a prescription is issued, so buying a kit does not guarantee approval.

Reordering and refunds are different questions

The product is presented as a one-time purchase, and the semaglutide landing page explicitly says there is no subscription. The FAQ says approved patients can reorder according to their individualized plan. That makes the decision different from canceling an automatically renewing membership. However, it does not settle whether an already purchased order can be stopped. The landing page promises a refund if semaglutide is not approved, while the general FAQ says refund or exchange options depend on the product. A detailed medication return deadline was not verified; obtain it before ordering several months.

Check your state and the actual dispenser

Blis MD describes itself as a Florida-based virtual practice. Its FAQ lists twenty-nine supported states, rather than nationwide coverage. Confirm that your current location and prescription are eligible, especially before a move. The product page advertises U.S. compounding pharmacies, but the pages reviewed did not identify the pharmacy assigned to a particular order. Ask for its name, contact information and the instructions supplied with your prescription. General accreditation language does not independently establish the status of your dispenser.

Who this arrangement may suit

Blis MD may appeal to someone who prefers choosing each order rather than managing a subscription. Its FAQ says insurance is not accepted and HSA/FSA payments are accepted; reimbursement eligibility is still something to confirm with your account administrator. The main tradeoff is paying ahead for a kit before the detailed return conditions are clear. Compare a written dose-specific quote, follow-up access and the applicable refund terms together. Neither the website's testimonials nor its broader treatment claims establish what an individual patient will experience.
