Brello advertises semaglutide at a $133 monthly equivalent, with $399 charged at purchase and again every eleven weeks. The product page describes a three-month minimum. Eleven weeks is the renewal interval to put in your calendar; the headline monthly equivalent is not a monthly installment. Confirm the prescription quantity and renewal date before choosing this over a month-to-month service.

What happens after paying

The intake comes after checkout. A clinician reviews your health information and decides whether treatment is appropriate; the page promises a full refund if you are not approved. Advertised inclusions are medication if prescribed, injection supplies, provider review, delivery, the Brello app, virtual fitness and nutrition classes, and community access. Classes and community membership are different from an individual clinical appointment.

A cancellation deadline that needs confirming

The semaglutide page describes requesting a first-order refund by email within twenty-four hours of the completed provider review, less a $50 fee. The checkout terms instead require calling within twelve hours after review and prescription, during listed business hours. That is a material difference in both deadline and method. Obtain the applicable rule in writing rather than relying on the more generous wording.

Stopping renewals is a separate action

The checkout terms say future renewals can be discontinued through the account, at least two business days before the next billing date. That does not refund an order already placed. They also say an unapproved renewal receives a full refund without the $50 professional fee. Someone transferring a prescription should separately check the transfer-protection requirements; that promise does not guarantee that a clinician will continue the same dose.

What to check before a three-month commitment

Brello includes lifestyle resources alongside the prescription service, but the billing interval and conflicting refund instructions are the key buying considerations. Ask for the exact first charge, next renewal date, cancellation channel and assigned pharmacy. Keep your intake and prescription notices.
