Check the selected option and renewal interval before paying. A lower monthly headline is not enough to compare different terms, formulations or amounts of medication, and it does not establish a clinical advantage over a different program.

The lower-dose claims are marketing, not settled outcomes

The page markets low, consistent dosing for maintenance, comfort and broader wellness benefits. It also contains generic material about increasing doses that does not neatly match its stays-low description. Have the clinician specify the actual regimen and explain whether the microdose label is appropriate for your circumstances. This review does not adopt claims that this compounded approach prevents cardiovascular disease, preserves results or reliably avoids side effects. A prescription decision requires an individual assessment rather than selecting a marketing category.

The page promises a full refund if the clinician does not approve treatment. This is a specific nonapproval promise, not a broad satisfaction guarantee. Ask when the card is charged and what happens if the provider recommends a different product. Neither a completed purchase nor a published eligibility statement guarantees that a prescription will be issued.

The package includes support and lifestyle resources

The advertised program includes a monthly vial, registered-nurse access, an individualized plan, workout and meal-plan resources and a progress tracker. The service also describes messaging through its portal. Establish who answers medication questions and how a concern reaches the prescriber, rather than treating a library or tracker as a clinical appointment. We did not test response times or evaluate a patient’s care. A named nurse-access benefit does not establish that every message is reviewed immediately or by the same professional.

Cancellation timing is not clearly published

The product says subscriptions renew automatically and may be canceled under its cancellation policy. The published cancellation page does not explain the deadline or steps. Its refund page mainly discusses general physical and digital products, including exclusions for sale items; that should not be converted into a prescription-return entitlement. Ask for the specific prescription cancellation deadline, method and prepaid-term obligations in writing. Stop future charges before processing rather than assuming an already approved order can be reversed.

Shipping and state claims are inconsistent

One program block advertises shipping to all fifty states, while an FAQ says most states and promises a refund if shipping is unavailable. Delivery language also varies between four to six days and about two weeks. Confirm your location, expected pharmacy-preparation time and actual dispenser before ordering. The page describes semaglutide base without added ingredients, but the prescription label controls the individual preparation.
