The homepage advertises physician access, check-ins, dose adjustments and dietitian support. Clarify how an individual nutrition appointment is arranged and how clinical messages are answered. Being able to send a message at any time is not a promise of an immediate physician reply.

Prescription issuance changes refund eligibility

The terms say cancellation before a prescription is written generally returns the payment less a $100 clinician fee. Once the first prescription is written, the purchase becomes non-refundable, including unshipped months of a prepaid term. They separately promise a full refund if treatment is not approved. The distinction matters: voluntarily canceling before approval is not described the same way as a clinician declining treatment.

Renewal and the results guarantee

Billing consent says subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. It also permits price or term changes with advance notice where required, so ask how that relates to the homepage's fixed-price claim. The twelve-month guarantee has substantial conditions, including continuous enrollment, prescribed treatment, scheduled shipments and a short claim window. It is a conditional refund program, not a guarantee that you will reach a particular weight.

Harbor's offer combines prescription care with support for the period after treatment, which may interest someone looking beyond medication delivery alone. Before committing, confirm the full payment schedule, pharmacy, access in your state and early-stop policy. Its legal pages use the Arbor name and identify Harbor Health Inc. doing business as Arbor; ask which name will appear on your statement and account documents.
