Henry Meds review
Which Henry treatment are you considering?
Henry Meds, now also branded Henry, offers online weight-management treatment with compounded medicines. Its product materials distinguish injections from dissolving tablets and drops. These formulations should not be treated as interchangeable with each other or with branded semaglutide products. Start with the clinician’s proposed prescription, then compare that specific formulation and plan. A generic GLP-1 advertisement does not tell you which drug, dose or route you will receive.
The bundle simplifies the bill, not every comparison
Henry says its plan includes provider visits, medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing support, without requiring insurance. The current treatment page gives a starting figure for its wider GLP-1 range rather than a universal semaglutide injection price. Older landing offers use different figures and product formats. Ask for a semaglutide-specific quote at your prescribed dose, including the next term’s charge. A cheaper oral or introductory offer should not be substituted for an ongoing injection price.
How the clinical relationship starts
After the health questionnaire, Henry offers a video visit or, where the patient’s state allows it, a provider review without video. Messages go through the patient portal. The terms say a free evaluation does not itself guarantee treatment: subscription enrollment and charging can occur when a clinician issues a prescription under the selected plan. Review the financial terms before that decision, rather than assuming a free assessment means billing waits until the package arrives.
Monthly billing and medication delivery differ
The treatment page describes injectable shipments every forty-five days and oral-tablet shipments every ninety days, as prescribed. Those delivery intervals do not mean the subscription is billed at the same interval. The FAQ estimates initial fulfillment at eight to ten business days after the provider visit and warns that California may take longer. These are published estimates, not delivery performance tested here. Confirm the amount supplied, refill process, assigned pharmacy and next charge together.
Cancel before renewal and check the remaining balance
Henry allows cancellation in the portal or through support. Its terms specify at least forty-eight hours before renewal. The FAQ adds a meaningful limit: a multi-month plan can leave the remaining balance payable unless a provider determines that medical reasons prevent continuing. Canceling access is therefore not necessarily the same as ending the financial commitment. Ask whether the selected offer is a monthly plan, prepaid term or installments on a longer obligation.
Refunds and delivery problems have separate rules
The refund policy treats dispensed medication as nonreturnable and describes limited replacement or medical-discontinuation remedies. An approved medical cancellation of a prepaid plan may qualify for a prorated refund of unused subscription time, with medication and applicable fees excluded. Report damage or a suspected temperature problem within forty-eight hours of delivery. For readers seeking bundled self-pay care, the main checks are formulation, renewal total and remaining commitment; a cancellation button alone does not establish a refundable trial.
