A continuing price was not verified

The current homepage's readable price fields returned zero-value placeholders rather than a dependable semaglutide offer. Those fields are not evidence that treatment is free. An earlier $114.99 monthly figure was not reverified as an active checkout price. Obtain a current written quote showing the first charge, each renewal, the term covered and whether supplies or labs add to the bill before making a price comparison.

Monthly payments can still require three months

Lumen's refund and payment policy says semaglutide programs require a three-month commitment because medication is provided upfront. Choosing monthly payments does not remove that obligation. It describes an early-cancellation fee tied to the program's full retail monthly price, but the same document leaves the retail-price fields at zero, so the actual fee is unresolved. Ask for the dollar amount and remaining balance under your specific agreement before assuming a monthly payment means a one-month trial.

The refund cutoff comes before delivery

The policy says successful cancellation before medical intake can be refunded minus a $99 administrative charge, while completing the intake generally ends cancellation-refund eligibility. A clinician rejecting the prescription has a separate full-refund provision without that administrative charge. Once a prescription has been approved and processed by the pharmacy, the medication is nonrefundable. These different stages matter if you change your mind after payment. Get the exact applicable cutoff and retain the cancellation confirmation.

Confirm the pharmacy and care arrangement

Lumen's partner page names The Pharmacy Hub and dates that list to December 2025; it does not establish today's assigned dispenser for every patient. The terms allow a request to use a preferred pharmacy before completing an order. Ask whether that changes the bundled medication price or adds a separate pharmacy bill. The care outline includes possible lab orders and follow-up, but the included lab costs and clinical-message response times were not verified. Resolve the actual quote and commitment before choosing the service.
