Mondae review
Flat-dose pricing needs a complete plan quote
Mondae's semaglutide page displays $87 per month alongside one-, three- and six-month options, with no membership fee and the same price across prescribed doses. The readable selector does not establish every term's total charge or payment timing. Ask which option the displayed rate describes and whether the term is prepaid. Its rate-lock promise also depends on keeping the account active, so obtain the conditions for pausing, stopping and restarting before treating the starting rate as unconditional.
Clinical review and messaging
The program starts with a health-history questionnaire and a consultation with a licensed provider. If prescribed, medication is dispensed by a pharmacy; continuing questions, follow-up requests and treatment adjustments go through the patient portal. Mondae describes itself as a platform, not the prescriber or manufacturer. It advertises access in all fifty states, but the actual prescription still depends on clinical approval. The reviewed page does not identify the pharmacy assigned to each patient or promise a particular clinician response time.

Check what can be charged if treatment is declined
The product FAQ says a patient is not charged until a physician approves treatment. The separate refund policy, however, calls consultation fees nonrefundable even when medication is not prescribed. Those statements leave an important payment question unresolved. Ask whether the intake authorizes or collects a consultation fee and exactly what is returned if treatment is declined. Obtain the answer before submitting payment details; neither statement alone establishes that every charge disappears when a prescription is not issued.
Renewal cutoffs are disclosed at purchase
Mondae's terms authorize recurring subscription charges and say the cancellation cutoff and instructions are supplied when the plan is purchased. They do not give one universal public notice period. Save the selected billing schedule and cancellation instructions with the confirmation. The terms separately describe a prorated refund for unshipped treatment if a plan cannot be fulfilled because of supply or other availability problems. That provision concerns unavailable treatment; it should not be read as an unrestricted refund whenever a patient elects to stop.
Dispensing is the important refund boundary
The refund policy allows cancellation only before medication is dispensed or shipped. Waiting until a delivery estimate changes may therefore be too late. It asks patients to report damage within forty-eight hours with photographs and packaging, and generally offers replacement before a refund. Its published refund timelines differ between successful pre-shipment cancellation and other approved requests. Get an order-specific confirmation showing whether the prescription has already reached the pharmacy and which remedy applies.
Shipping includes preparation time
Mondae includes standard shipping and describes dispatch typically five to seven days after approval, using two-day air service. Two-day transport is therefore not a promise to receive medication two days after intake. Its policy excludes PO boxes, military addresses and international destinations, and warns that refused or incorrectly addressed shipments can add charges. Confirm the delivery address and expected dispatch date, then use the tracking notice to plan receipt and follow the storage instructions supplied with the prescription.
