Standard and microdose offers are different plans

The pricing page lists standard injectable semaglutide at $189 for the first month and $219 thereafter. A separate injectable microdose program is $149 initially and $179 afterward; the oral RDT option has another price. The lowest weight-loss headline should not be applied to every program. Microdose is a product category used by the provider, not proof that a lower-dose plan meets your treatment needs. Let the clinician determine the appropriate formulation and prescription.

What the displayed treatment price covers

Published plan inclusions are medication when prescribed, clinician consultation or review, clinical-team access, discreet shipping and required supplies for injectable plans. There is no separate patient consultation fee within the displayed treatment plan. Laboratory testing is charged separately when required; qualifying results from another provider may be uploaded. Before purchase, ask whether testing is needed and obtain its price so the quoted treatment amount is not mistaken for the complete cost of starting care.

The financial policy says Neuve Health, LLC directly bills for membership and coaching programs, while clinical partners handle treatment-related charges. Membership renews monthly until canceled through the dashboard. This is more specific than a general cancel-anytime headline and means a patient should identify every active charge. Ask whether membership is optional for the chosen treatment, what it adds and who bills medication or testing. Ending a platform membership should not be assumed to cancel a separate clinical order.

Refund requests may go to different businesses

The refund policy generally treats membership fees as nonrefundable after the billing period begins, with exceptions including erroneous charges and certain clinician-declined cases before a billed visit or prescription. Medication, laboratory and fulfilled-treatment refunds follow the applicable partner’s policy. That distinction prevents a platform refund promise from being applied to a pharmacy order. Obtain the partner’s cancellation and refund terms before payment, and retain the invoice identifying the party responsible for each charge.

Confirm access and the care contact

The FAQ says availability depends on state and clinical eligibility, rather than promising every treatment nationwide. Clinical care and fulfillment are provided by independent partners. Shipping and relevant supplies are included when prescribed, but the public material does not establish your assigned pharmacy before intake. Ask for the clinician’s contact route, the dispensing pharmacy and the expected follow-up schedule.
