Two public offers need reconciling

Nucore's GLP-1 page advertises compounded semaglutide from $179 a month, with oral semaglutide separately from $209. Its dedicated semaglutide-and-B12 product page instead shows $299 per month at any dose, matching the September record. These are different published offers; the lowest starting figure is not a verified replacement price for every prescription. Ask which formulation, dose and payment term the quote covers, whether any membership or care fee is separate, and what the first and renewal charges will be.

Care includes follow-up, not just intake

The GLP-1 FAQ describes monthly follow-ups until treatment reaches a steady state, followed by visits every three months. It also asks for updated weight, blood pressure and heart-rate measurements before visits. Ask how to submit those measurements and arrange the follow-up. Nucore's terms identify it as a platform working with independent clinicians and other vendors, including OpenLoop Health. The medical decision belongs to the clinician; the platform does not guarantee a prescription, price or treatment outcome.

Check the renewal before choosing a term

Nucore's homepage says most products offer thirty- or ninety-day automatic renewal. The terms authorize recurring billing when a patient enrolls in subscription services. That makes the selected interval important: a monthly-looking figure does not tell you whether the next charge covers one month or several. Confirm the amount, billing date and quantity to be supplied before enrolling. A longer clinical follow-up interval does not itself mean that billing stops or that every prescription is shipped on the same schedule.

Cancel seventy-two hours before billing

The cancellation policy permits stopping the subscription by contacting support, but requires the request at least seventy-two hours before the next billing date. A late request may leave another cycle charged. Access continues through the paid period. Keep the confirmation and use the billing date, rather than delivery, to calculate the deadline.

The refund cutoff can arrive before shipping

Refund review generally requires that medication has not been ordered, processed, dispensed or shipped. For some new patients, ordering can follow intake submission; for returning patients it can follow approved refill intake. Completed care may also limit eligibility. Approved multi-month refunds are prorated using fulfilled shipments, services and standard pricing, rather than necessarily returning an equal fraction of the discounted payment. Medical ineligibility before ordering may qualify for a refund; it is not guaranteed.

Confirm the dispenser and delivery window

Nucore advertises nationwide service and says cold-packed orders ship Monday through Thursday. Its homepage estimates dispatch after approval followed by delivery, so confirm both stages before planning a refill. The reviewed material does not identify the pharmacy assigned to your order. Nucore's terms make pharmacies independent third parties; ask for the dispenser's name and pharmacist contact. If a package is damaged or incorrect, its policy directs patients to support for case-by-case review and possible pharmacy replacement, rather than guaranteeing an automatic refund.
