Ondra Health describes itself as a nonclinical platform facilitating independent clinician review and pharmacy fulfillment. Its semaglutide page offers several named pharmacy selections and explains that the available formulation can differ by pharmacy. Some listings are temporarily unavailable. This is not simply one identical product with interchangeable labels: confirm the selected dispenser, formulation and state access before checkout. A provider must still determine whether a compounded prescription is appropriate for you.

Longer terms change the upfront payment

The current semaglutide page lists $149 monthly, $279 every two months through Optio RX, $339 for three months, $649 for six months and $1,149 for twelve months. The lower monthly equivalents require the longer payment upfront after prescribing. Consultation, medication, supplies and shipping are advertised as included, without a membership fee or dose-related price change. Compare total commitment and pharmacy availability as well as the monthly equivalent; the same pharmacy is not offered for every term.

Pharmacy choice also affects formulation

The page describes pharmacy-specific formulations with different additives and an option without additives. It does not establish that an additive makes the treatment more effective or suitable for every patient. Ask the clinician which formulation is intended and why, then check the prescription and label rather than inferring the answer from a product selector. The page’s broad coverage statement is also qualified by state, prescription and inventory. A visible pharmacy name is not confirmation that it can fill your order.

Pharmacy transmission is the important cutoff

The refund policy generally makes charges final once a prescription is approved and transmitted to a pharmacy, with a specific exception for longer prepaid plans. Platform and clinical-review fees can become earned earlier. An order correction or cancellation may be possible only during a short period before transmission, and the policy does not guarantee that support can stop it in time. Contact the service immediately if an intake or shipping detail is wrong; do not wait for tracking.

Six- and twelve-month refunds use quarterly repricing

For early cancellation of a six- or twelve-month plan, the policy deducts the regular quarterly price for each three-month supply already sent to the pharmacy, using the quarterly price in effect at purchase. Any balance is refunded; if deductions exhaust the payment, no refund remains and no extra amount is owed under that calculation. Monthly and quarterly payments already processed are not prorated. This is different from refunding every unused month at the discounted annual equivalent.

Keep clinical and fulfillment contacts available

Ondra advertises provider review typically within 24 hours and delivery in two to five business days after approval. Those are estimates spanning different stages. Ask how to reach the clinician for follow-up and the pharmacist for labeling, storage or shipment questions. The policy asks patients to contact support before the next billing date and any stated checkout cutoff to stop renewals. Retain the cancellation confirmation and the pharmacy’s submission date if a prepaid refund depends on how many supplies were already committed.
