Open Water Rx’s weight-loss page identifies Surfbound Health as the company’s current consumer telehealth brand. Intake, review and treatment are directed through Surfbound. This is an important identity check if you start from an Open Water page and encounter another brand during registration. Confirm the program name, billing descriptor and terms for the account you actually open. This review follows that provider identity change rather than treating the two names as unrelated services.

Separate the injection from the oral offer

The current page lists compounded semaglutide injections at $169 per month and oral semaglutide at $259 per month, without a separate membership fee. It says one-month plans renew monthly and multi-month plans are paid upfront. The displayed price includes care and medication if prescribed. Confirm the specific formulation and dose; an oral offer should not be compared as if it were the same product as an injection or branded tablet.

The payment and cancellation descriptions conflict

The weight-loss FAQ says no charge occurs unless treatment is approved and no advance cancellation notice is needed. The cancellation policy instead describes payment before provider review and requires seventy-two hours’ notice before billing to avoid another charge. These differences affect both money due today and the exit process. Ask which terms govern the Surfbound enrollment flow you select and keep that answer with the actual renewal date.

The refund stage matters more than the cancel button

The cancellation policy says medication is generally nonrefundable once ordered by the pharmacy, with separate provisions for medical disqualification and replacement of damaged or incorrect items. Canceling access therefore does not automatically refund the current order. The site names a pharmacy network but says assignments vary. Before paying, settle the charged-versus-authorized payment stage, assigned dispenser, refund cutoff and cancellation confirmation. Those answers are more useful than an assumption that a bundled monthly headline makes every exit straightforward.
