Choose the program before comparing the price

Precision Telemed presents three compounded semaglutide options. The full program is $149.99 a month, the three-month supply is $424.99 upfront and the $139.99 maintenance program is limited to the lowest dose it lists. The smaller maintenance headline is therefore not the price of the full program. This is a product distinction to discuss with the clinician, rather than a reason to select a low-dose plan merely because it appears first or costs less.

What is advertised as included

The product page includes physician consultation, medication, injection supplies and cold-chain shipping, with a flat price across the full program’s advertised dose range. It also describes a customized workout plan. The service offers compounded medication, not FDA-approved branded semaglutide. An all-inclusive price describes the advertised financial bundle; it does not establish that a particular prescription will be approved or that a provider’s marketing outcomes apply to an individual patient.

Clarify the autoship wording

The three-month option is explicitly labeled autoship, while other parts of the same page say there are no subscriptions and that every plan is month-to-month. That is worth reconciling before purchasing. Ask whether the three-month payment renews automatically, when it is submitted again and how to stop it. Save the written answer and selected checkout terms. A no-lock-in statement is not enough to establish the billing behavior of an option separately presented as automatic fulfillment.

A free eligibility check is not every completed consultation

The refund policy may deduct $50 after a consultation but before shipment. It also says a patient not approved for medication receives the monthly fee back minus a $50 video or asynchronous consultation cost. Those provisions matter alongside a free eligibility-check headline. Ask when a paid evaluation begins and how that fee is charged. Once medication has been dispensed, shipped or delivered, refunds are generally unavailable except for the policy’s stated nondelivery protection.

Appointments and shipment problems have separate rules

The policy lists a $50 fee for rescheduling, canceling or missing an appointment within its 24-hour window; earlier changes are listed without a fee. Its nondelivery provision requires prompt notice and carrier verification before a medication refund or replacement is considered. Keep the appointment confirmation, tracking and any delivery photographs. These rules are different from voluntary cancellation of an unused supply, so identify the situation when asking support for a resolution.

Check the pharmacy and timing for your order

The treatment page names Rush Pharmacy and advertises cold-chain dispatch within 48 hours, with physician consultation available separately in the process. Shipping speed should not be counted from the moment an assessment starts. The page claims nationwide coverage; confirm that the chosen pharmacy and clinician can serve your actual address and formulation. Obtain their contact details before delivery, and direct prescription-label or storage questions to the dispensing pharmacist rather than relying on a general product-page statement.
