Choose the commitment before comparing the price

Trimi's standard semaglutide offer lists $175 billed monthly, $435 upfront every three months, $720 upfront for six months and $1,188 upfront for twelve months. The $99 monthly headline is the annual total divided by twelve. The product page says medication if prescribed, injection supplies, provider access and shipping are included, with the same plan price across prescribed doses.

Longer plans have different renewal rules

Monthly and quarterly plans renew automatically. The six-month and annual plans do not; continuing requires a provider check-in and a new plan confirmation. These differences matter when comparing the convenience of a subscription with a prepaid commitment. The terms also distinguish standard enrollment from a sale enrollment route and say existing patients retain their agreed plan. Check the offer actually presented to you.

The clinician and pharmacy arrangements

Trimi names Arora Health as its provider network and BelieveRx, formerly VialsRx, as its dispensing pharmacy. Its FAQ describes patient-portal messaging for ongoing questions and says the provider decides treatment after reviewing the intake. Payment is collected before that review. The named arrangements are more specific than a general network claim, but they do not independently verify a patient's assigned clinician or the quality of an individual preparation.

The cutoff is prescription issuance

Trimi's refund policy allows a full refund before a clinician issues the prescription and if treatment is declined. After prescription issuance, it generally treats the order as final, even before shipment. Turning off renewal does not refund the current prepaid term. The policy also describes review of clinician-directed discontinuation and shipment problems. Contact the care team promptly; damaged or missing deliveries have a twenty-four-hour reporting window.

A conditional six-month promise

The money-back policy requires six continuous months of following the treatment plan, check-ins and weight logging, with no weight loss from the recorded starting point. It does not cover simply stopping early or being dissatisfied. Trimi offers several clearly stated billing options; the central decision is how much flexibility you want before paying for a longer term. Keep the plan confirmation and review how a medically necessary change would affect it.
