The Semaglutide Report

Wholesome Clinic review

A clinic with in-person and telehealth care

Wholesome Clinic offers appointments in Frisco, Texas, and regional telehealth alongside psychiatry, primary care and other wellness services. Its homepage lists Texas, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Oregon and Arkansas. Not every service is available in each location. For weight management, confirm the particular clinician and prescription pathway available where you will receive care instead of assuming the entire menu applies everywhere the clinic advertises telehealth.

The bundled semaglutide range covers different tiers

The pricing page lists all-inclusive semaglutide subscriptions from $159 to $249 a month across oral dissolving and injectable treatment tiers. It describes clinical consultations, prescribed medication and home shipping as bundled without separate visit fees. A range is not one universal price. Ask which formulation, supply and tier the clinician recommends and what renews at the next charge, rather than treating the smallest figure as the cost of every injectable prescription.

Compare bundled prescriptions with visit-based care using the complete bill. Read our guide to medication and care charges. Primary Clinic review describes a different primary-care model with a membership and separately priced GLP-1 medication.

Visit-based treatment is a separate payment model

For alternative or local-pharmacy pathways, the clinic lists a $149 initial weight-loss visit and $75 follow-up visits, with medication paid separately. Those are clinical visit fees, not complete monthly medication prices. Compare the care fee plus the actual pharmacy quote with the bundled option. Its general insurance list also does not establish coverage for a particular weight-loss visit or drug; benefits, prior authorization and patient responsibility depend on the plan and service.

Clinical review includes more than selecting medication

The weight-management page describes reviewing medical history, current medicines, previous attempts, laboratory information and health goals before recommending a plan. It allows recent laboratory results when clinically appropriate and describes arranging updated testing when needed. Follow-up assesses progress and tolerability. Ask whether the selected bundle includes required laboratory work and how any separate test is paid. A booking request starts the process; the terms say the clinical relationship requires acceptance and completion of intake and evaluation.

Future promotions are not current prices

The service page advertises a limited $99 evaluation for a November 4–15, 2026 event. That future promotion should not be treated as the everyday evaluation fee or the price of a semaglutide prescription. Check the dates, eligible service and whether any bundle qualifies before using a promotional number in your budget. A discount on a clinical visit does not necessarily reduce the pharmacy charge or become the continuing subscription rate.

Obtain the patient billing and cancellation terms

The website terms describe location restrictions and do not promise insurance payment or prescribing approval. They do not establish a detailed medication-return rule or a specific renewal-cancellation deadline for every GLP-1 tier. Request the actual selected-plan agreement, pharmacy details and next billing date before paying. Ask how to stop later charges and whether any prepaid unfulfilled supply is refundable. The clinic’s broad service menu and patient stories should not substitute for those account-specific financial terms.
