YOURx Health review
Injection and oral offers are separate comparisons
YOURx lists injectable semaglutide and a dissolving-tablet option in its treatment catalog. New-patient figures and a separate GLP-1 landing offer do not establish one universal continuing price. The catalog and landing page use different injection figures. Ask which offer applies, whether it is introductory and what the next prescription costs. A compounded oral tablet should not be substituted into a comparison with an injection or assumed equivalent to branded oral semaglutide.
What the injection offer includes and excludes
The GLP-1 landing page describes medication, telehealth consultation, injection supplies, delivery and physician follow-up as included. Required labs are explicitly separate and billed through the lab provider. That exception matters when comparing a bundled headline with a provider that includes clinician-ordered testing. Ask whether you need labs before treatment or refills, where they are performed and what your estimated laboratory charge will be. Obtain the ongoing dose-specific medication quote at the same time.
When comparing this arrangement with another service, look at the complete payment and the care it covers. Our guide to included care and fees explains those questions; our price-comparison guide helps distinguish a monthly payment from a starting price or longer commitment.
The clinical-network descriptions differ
The FAQ names MD Integrations in one answer and Dr. Telx in another. These statements do not establish which group will provide an individual patient’s care. Ask for the prescribing practice, clinician and follow-up contact before joining. The FAQ gives weekday support hours; that is different from round-the-clock medical access. For a treatment question, establish how to reach the prescribing team rather than assuming general customer support can resolve it.
Check state eligibility before relying on national marketing
The landing page advertises all fifty states, while the FAQ says the service excludes Mississippi. A reader in Mississippi should obtain explicit confirmation for the chosen medication instead of relying on the broader banner. Availability can also differ by formulation and clinician assignment. No universal dispensing pharmacy was established from these reviewed pages, so ask for the assigned dispenser and its contact details as part of the eligibility discussion.
Stop renewal before the order is processed
Billing terms say recurring purchases renew until canceled before the next billing date; cancellation does not automatically reverse prior charges. The FAQ allows subscription changes in the portal before shipment and says refunds after pharmacy processing are not guaranteed. Those are different operational stages. Ask whether the next order can enter processing before the displayed shipping date, and obtain a cancellation confirmation. Confirm the initial charge, continuing rate and lab cost together before making a price decision.
