Ask which follow-ups are included and how to reach the prescribing clinician between shipments. The terms say subscriptions renew automatically, with a cancellation cutoff supplied at purchase; cancellation is available through customer service or a website option. Fees generally are not refundable unless an exception applies. Before choosing three months, establish whether cancellation simply prevents the next term or also affects the unused portion already paid. Keep the applicable cutoff and confirmation rather than relying on a general cancel-anytime headline.

Approval and payment need separate attention

The terms provide for a refund when an already charged applicant is found ineligible or a treatment request is rejected. They also address refunds when required onboarding remains incomplete and a request expires. The service is cash-pay under those terms. A lack of approval is therefore different from deciding to stop after treatment begins. Ask when payment is collected, which plan is being authorized and what changes if the clinician suggests an alternative. Save the final agreement with the order confirmation.

The online program and clinic network differ

CMWL's About page traces the organization to in-person clinics and lists forty-six states served. The online product instead advertises all fifty states, subject to intake; its terms qualify availability by service and location. Confirm the online prescription for your address rather than assuming a nearby clinic offers the same package. The terms distinguish the platform from affiliated clinicians and say the pharmacy must be licensed in your state; no universal assigned dispenser was established here.

What would settle the buying decision

For this program, a useful written quote should answer three questions: what is charged now, what renews next, and what happens if treatment stops during the paid term? Also request your clinician's contact route and the dispensing pharmacy's details. These are practical comparisons to make alongside a headline price.
