Tablets versus broader program pricing

The semaglutide tablet page quotes $299 per month. The linked pricing guide, dated September 2026, is more explicit: it lists that tablet price across dosages. These are compounded oral-dissolving tablets, described on the product page as sublingual, rather than a branded swallowed semaglutide tablet. The guide also covers injections and other treatments at different prices. Its lowest overall program advertisement includes a different product, so it should not be used as a lower semaglutide-tablet price.

That disclosure helps a reader ask informed questions, but does not identify the pharmacy assigned to a particular order. Ask for that assignment and the exact formulation before dispensing. A compounded prescription is not FDA-approved, and a partner list is not independent proof of manufacturing quality.

Shipping and ongoing access

The product page includes physician messaging and pharmacy preparation in its service description. The FAQ adds useful timing detail: pharmacy processing takes two to four business days, followed by a typical two-to-three-day delivery period. That is more informative for planning than a free two-day-shipping banner alone. An outside pharmacy is possible, but Willow says a platform fee applies and medication is then paid separately. Canceling without confusing it with a refund

Willow’s clearest advantage for comparison is its specific tablet price; its main administrative details to settle are the renewal total, dispenser and cancellation timing.
