The introductory bundles are described for people starting semaglutide or continuing its lowest listed level. Have the clinician confirm the appropriate plan rather than choosing a product solely because its first-month or monthly-equivalent price is lowest.

Same-dose and titration bundles differ

The same-dose options keep one prescribed level throughout the purchased supply; separate titration bundles describe a planned sequence. The page lists both three- and six-month purchases, with lower prices attached to longer commitments and lower levels. One titration listing pairs a $189 monthly figure with a $597 total, which does not multiply to three equal $189 payments. Request the exact total in writing. Do not build a budget by assuming all monthly labels and bundle totals agree.

Shipment timing affects the commitment

Coby says its three-month supplies ship together, while six-month purchases arrive as separate three-month supplies. That changes how much medication is already prepared if treatment stops early. The terms generally treat charges as nonrefundable except where a separate policy provides otherwise. They do not establish one universal number of days for every plan. Record the next charge, cutoff and cancellation method with the order confirmation. A service advertised as flexible can still have processing deadlines. The terms also specify cash payment rather than commercial insurance processing, so establish the full personal expense before assuming an insurer will reimburse it.
