Branded and compounded offers have different prices

The Wegovy page advertises a $1,999 monthly subscription, while its signup form separately lists semaglutide injections at $199. Those are distinct options. Confirm the exact product and supply on the final agreement rather than treating the lower semaglutide figure as a quote for branded Wegovy.

The minimum term matters

The same signup form requires agreement to a four-month minimum, with discounts described as applying only to the first month. That makes the recurring total more informative than an introductory saving. Ask which charges remain due if prescribing changes or treatment ends during that minimum. Obtain the complete financial commitment before submitting payment.

Laboratory charges are not clearly bundled

Concierge MD describes laboratory screening followed by a virtual consultation and delivery. One product block includes comprehensive lab testing in its description but then excludes the cost of labs, saying insurance may cover them. Ask for a separate lab quote and confirm any insurance responsibility. The service description alone does not establish an all-inclusive total or reimbursement.

Appointment cancellation has a separate rule

The general terms require at least twenty-four hours’ notice to cancel a booked service, with the full booked fee otherwise due; bookings made closer than that cannot be canceled under that rule. This appointment policy is distinct from stopping a medication subscription. Request the rule applicable to each scheduled consultation and each future medication charge.

General memberships are another commitment

The terms also describe a twelve-month minimum for broader concierge memberships and say product subscriptions generally require three to four months. Do not assume the general membership price or term replaces the weight-loss signup agreement. Service-specific terms take priority under the published document. Ask whether any separate membership is being purchased and keep its agreement alongside the prescription program details.

Refunds are not guaranteed after pharmacy dispatch

The terms do not guarantee a refund once medical weight-loss products leave the pharmacy. They provide a refund or credit for some booked services a professional cannot perform for reasons outside the patient’s control, with qualifications.
