The $100 figure buys follow-up care

Rivas separates compounded semaglutide from its branded Wegovy prescription pathway. Its semaglutide page lists a $195 initial visit and $100 monthly follow-ups for the branded route, with medication purchased separately at a pharmacy. That buys clinical follow-up, not an all-inclusive semaglutide purchase or a universal membership fee. The same page describes weekly clinic visits for compounded treatment. Start by choosing the care format and medication pathway with the clinician; otherwise, comparing the two headline figures produces a misleading budget.

Clinic packages cover four or twelve weeks

The compounded clinic page lists $115 per weekly visit, $437 for four weeks and $1,242 for twelve weeks, including medication and provider visits. These are treatment periods, not calendar-month equivalents. Four weekly visits also mean four trips to a clinic, a practical commitment worth weighing alongside the price. Ask how missed visits, a clinician-directed treatment change or stopping early affect an unused package. A discount on a longer purchase does not establish that the remaining visits are refundable or that financing payments stop with treatment.

Telehealth has its own starting and continuing charges

The telehealth page advertises an initial $195 visit including the first month of compounded medication, followed by $399 a month for compounded semaglutide with a monthly video visit, shipping and support between visits. Branded prescriptions instead have a separate medication bill. Confirm the amount and supply included in your first order and the continuing charge before treating the introductory figure as your ongoing cost. Rivas says a licensed provider makes prescribing decisions during the video visit. Selecting an appointment or price option does not guarantee a prescription.

Lifetime membership still has an attendance condition

Rivas's pricing page describes the initial visit as entry into lifetime membership, maintained by visiting at least once a year. It advertises no contracts and cancellation at any time; telehealth programs are paid monthly. Those statements do not spell out a refund schedule, a renewal-processing cutoff or the treatment of unused prepaid visits. Ask for the policy attached to your selected program before paying, especially for a longer package. Keep the initial visit, future appointment charges and any pharmacy purchase separate when requesting a cancellation or estimating the money already committed.

Resolve conflicting pharmacy and state information

The semaglutide page describes U.S.-licensed 503A pharmacy sourcing, while the general FAQ refers to 503B sourcing. The FAQ also names only Maryland and Virginia for telehealth, whereas the dedicated telehealth page includes Florida and requires patients to be in an eligible state for the appointment. These differences make direct confirmation worthwhile. Ask which pharmacy will prepare your prescription and whether your location qualifies on the appointment date. The published pages identify sourcing categories, not the actual dispenser for every patient; neither category alone establishes the suitability of an individual preparation.

Plan for contact between appointments

The contact page directs patients to online booking or a clinic phone number and says appointments cannot be scheduled by email. That is useful operational detail if you need to move a visit or chase a shipment, but it does not establish a tested clinical response time. Obtain the correct contact for symptoms and prescription questions before starting. For payment, the FAQ says Rivas does not process insurance, accepts HSA/FSA cards and can provide invoices for possible reimbursement; reimbursement itself is not promised.
