Establish the actual next processing date, prescribed amount and payment interval on the agreement before relying on the monthly label. The product page does not establish that every later dose change has the same total supply or financial terms. Ask for that distinction if transferring from another service.

The formulation is not branded Wegovy

The advertised compounded preparation contains semaglutide, glycine and B12, with prescribing and adjustment directed by the clinician. EdgeRx makes marketing claims about muscle preservation and comfort; those claims do not demonstrate a clinical advantage for its particular compounded mixture. The page acknowledges that this is not an FDA-approved finished product or a generic equivalent to Ozempic or Wegovy. Compare the service and purchasing conditions without treating the added ingredients as proof of better outcomes.

Payment happens before review

The FAQ says the order is charged before a physician evaluates the assessment, with a full refund if the protocol is not approved. That is a defined nonapproval promise, not a satisfaction guarantee after an approved prescription. Confirm whether the proposal you receive matches the order initially selected and how the refund is returned if no medication is prescribed. The product advertises review usually within twenty-four hours, but actual appointment availability and clinical response speed were not tested for this review.

Use the order-email management link before processing

EdgeRx directs patients to the management link in an order email to pause or cancel before a refill processes. It describes no cancellation fee or minimum commitment, but says an order already sent to the pharmacy cannot be stopped. Automatic refills therefore require attention even if there is no long contract. Keep the next processing date and request confirmation that future charges have ended. Updating an address or payment method also needs to happen before the next refill processes.

Approved compounded orders are not refundable

The FAQ says its only refund is for clinical nonapproval and excludes returns or refunds once a protocol is approved and compounded for the patient. Its terms likewise distinguish future cancellation from fees incurred for consultation or prepared products. A damaged delivery is a separate support issue: the FAQ asks patients to contact the service, without establishing a universal replacement entitlement in that answer. Resolve the reporting process before shipment rather than assuming the nonapproval badge covers every problem.

Coverage is not nationwide

The FAQ lists forty-seven supported states and excludes Arkansas, Indiana and South Carolina. The terms condition service on location and individual eligibility. Confirm coverage for where you are receiving care, particularly if moving or traveling. EdgeRx describes U.S.-licensed pharmacy preparation, but the semaglutide page does not establish one assigned pharmacy for every patient. Request its name and prescription-contact details.
