The membership is not the medication

ElitePhysiqMD's semaglutide product lists $179.10 per refill with a subscription and an $89 monthly membership that renews until canceled. Its one-time order is shown as $278, comprising $199 medication, a $49 examination and $30 shipping. Those are different buying arrangements, not two prices for the same all-inclusive month. Before enrolling, request the total first charge, amount of medication supplied and next charge for each subscription. Do not assume one refill necessarily lasts one calendar month.

Check the specific product, not the starting headline

The weight-management overview advertises a GLP-1 program starting at $145 a month, while its semaglutide listing gives a different subscription figure. The same overview describes a $39 activation charge followed by an $89 monthly membership covering provider visits and shipping, with treatment priced separately. A category headline therefore is not a complete semaglutide quote. Ask which activation fee, medication selection and supply interval apply to your order, including whether a later prescription change alters the amount collected. The service describes an online health assessment followed by a live physician video visit, with a prescription only when treatment is appropriate. It also describes ongoing monitoring and treatment adjustments through the care team. That makes the clinical relationship an important part of the purchase, alongside delivery. Ask who handles medication questions between visits, how another consultation is arranged and whether a refill requires a fresh appointment. We reviewed the published process; we did not enroll, test response times or evaluate an individual clinician's care.

Canceling future charges is different from a refund

The platform terms generally make transactions nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise, and exclude credits for partially used membership. They say membership access continues to the end of the membership after cancellation. That matters if you stop soon after a recurring charge: turning off the next payment does not itself recover the current one. Obtain the processing cutoff and written confirmation of what has been canceled. If you need to stop treatment, resolve future medication refills and the service membership separately rather than assuming one request handles both.

Know which account settings control renewal

The weight-management page says patients can pause, adjust or cancel both their plan and membership through their account, without a long-term commitment. The terms also authorize charges to an associated payment method and say prices and availability can change. Keep a record of the subscription settings and the next processing date before pausing or canceling. A pause needs an end date and a clear explanation of whether charges restart automatically. Membership benefits have value only while they match the care and medication orders you actually intend to keep.

Confirm the pharmacy and delivery arrangements

ElitePhysiqMD says it serves all fifty states and uses U.S. compounding pharmacies; its homepage identifies the business as a platform rather than a pharmacy. The reviewed service pages do not establish the dispenser assigned to your particular prescription. Request that pharmacy's name, contact details and instructions for a delayed or damaged shipment. Published shipping estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date. The service also states that compounded products are not FDA-approved. A pharmacy description or delivery promise should not substitute for understanding the actual prescription and its ongoing cost.
