The annual headline is a larger payment

FitFlow lists semaglutide at $175 month to month, $435 quarterly, $720 for six months and $1,188 annually. Its prominent $99 figure is the annual total divided by twelve. The footnote says the annual plan is paid upfront or through a buy-now-pay-later arrangement, with the actual plan subject to prescribing. Financing changes the payment method, not necessarily the underlying commitment or cancellation rights. Compare the complete amount owed and the prescribed product before selecting a long plan.

Get the exact package before comparing

The product identifies FitFlow as a platform using licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies and acknowledges that compounded medication is not FDA-approved. Its published product description does not clearly itemize the visits, supplies and laboratory costs for every plan. Request a written breakdown for the selected plan, including the actual dispensing pharmacy and how follow-up questions reach a clinician. A broad no-hidden-fees claim is not a substitute for those details.

Pharmacy submission is the cancellation boundary

The refund policy allows cancellation after consultation but before the prescription is submitted to the pharmacy. After transmission, it says cancellation and refund are no longer possible, and shipped orders are final. That is an earlier boundary than delivery. Ask how to identify the current order stage and contact support promptly if you need to stop. A provider visit already taking place does not by itself mean the medication has been prepared, but only the service can confirm its status.

Future renewal and unused time are different

To end a subscription, FitFlow directs patients to its contact process and says the plan remains active through the paid billing period after confirmation. It does not offer partial or prorated refunds for unused time. That matters particularly for an annual purchase: stopping renewal should not be interpreted as recovering the rest of the year. Confirm shipment timing, the next billing date and the scope of cancellation before choosing the lowest monthly equivalent. Retain the confirmation and the policy applicable to the order.

Some refund situations are explicitly covered

FitFlow promises a full refund when a clinician finds treatment medically inappropriate after review. Its policy also describes verified damage or dispensing problems as situations where replacement or refund may be considered after verification, and confirms refunds for duplicate billing errors. These exceptions are narrower than dissatisfaction with results or service delays. Obtain the documentation and reporting deadline for the issue rather than assuming a nonapproval promise applies after an approved prescription has entered fulfillment.

Delivered-package and temperature concerns have conditions

The refund policy requires a report within twenty-four hours when a correctly addressed package is marked delivered but not received, with documentation. It also says packaging or temperature variation alone does not qualify unless the dispensing pharmacy confirms compromised integrity.
