Fitish’s product page lists compounded semaglutide with B6 at $219 for a monthly supply, including consultation, prescribed medication and shipping without a separate membership fee. Its microdose offering is a separate $179 monthly supply. Those are different programs, not simply two discounts for the same prescription. A clinician reviews the intake and determines eligibility. Claims about a gentler or cosmetic microdose approach do not establish a standardized regimen, guaranteed benefit or a reason to bypass that clinical assessment.

Approval comes through an online review

The clinic FAQ says a live consultation is required only when the patient’s state mandates one; otherwise the provider reviews submitted information and can ask questions through messaging. It describes automatic payment processing after approval, followed by transmission to the pharmacy. Confirm the actual payment and renewal arrangement on the order, especially if choosing continuing monthly shipments. The product describes a monthly cadence, but that alone does not settle the precise recurring-charge authorization or cancellation deadline for every patient.

Ask how to contact the prescribing clinician and when to expect a response, rather than interpreting access to a portal as immediate clinical availability. This review did not enroll or test support. The clinic refund wording is internally inconsistent

The FAQ first allows prescription refunds for dispensing errors or cancellation before filling, subject to its policy. A later general section says completed purchases cannot be canceled or refunded except verified errors. These statements do not establish a clear universal pre-fill right. Request the rule applicable to your exact order in writing. The same clinic page requires refund requests within ten days of purchase or receipt, with photographic evidence and case-by-case review. That reporting process is different from a broad satisfaction guarantee.

Beauty-product returns do not establish prescription rights

Fitish also sells nonprescription merchandise. Its general store FAQ accepts some unused merchandise returns within thirty days, while its clinic FAQ has separate medication and appointment provisions. Do not apply a skincare-return promise to a compounded prescription. The clinic page says appointments canceled at least twenty-four hours ahead incur no cost; ask what happens if a live visit is required and must be moved. Record the visit terms separately from the medication’s pharmacy-processing status and any continuing order arrangement.

Check the dispenser and delivery instructions

The product refers to a state-licensed sterile compounding pharmacy without establishing a universal assigned dispenser. The clinic FAQ distinguishes preparation time from delivery and says cold-shipped items follow limited weekday dispatch schedules. Obtain the actual pharmacy details and the instructions accompanying your preparation. Fitish also qualifies HSA/FSA acceptance: cards may be declined and eligibility belongs to the plan administrator. Confirm reimbursement directly rather than treating acceptance of a payment card as a guarantee. Compounded semaglutide is not an FDA-approved branded product.
