Heros lists semaglutide at $175 monthly, $435 for three months and $714 for six months, with the six-month option displayed as $119 per month. Those are different upfront commitments. The page says the price is the same at every dose, but the clinician still determines the prescription and eligibility. Request the full term, supply and shipment schedule, particularly if choosing financing. A lower monthly equivalent does not by itself establish a monthly payment or an unused-supply refund.

The platform describes online review and follow-up

The advertised process starts with a short assessment, followed by clinician review and pharmacy delivery if approved. The page describes ongoing check-ins and direct messaging for treatment questions. Ask how often a clinician reviews progress and which contact route handles a prescription concern. Published estimates of review within twenty-four hours and shipping within two to four days were not tested here. Neither a quiz result nor a website eligibility statement guarantees that an individual patient will receive a prescription.

Nonapproval and consultation fees need clarification

The program page says the card is charged only after medical approval and that someone not approved pays nothing. The terms separately say consultation fees become nonrefundable once clinical review begins, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. Those statements do not clearly establish whether any consultation fee applies to the selected program before approval. Ask for the charge authorization and nonapproval rule in writing. Do not assume a broad pay-nothing headline overrides every separate service fee appearing in the agreement.

Cancel at least forty-eight hours before renewal

Heros’ terms say subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically. They permit cancellation through account settings or support, with a deadline at least forty-eight hours before the next renewal. Save the next date and confirmation rather than waiting until a shipment arrives. A longer paid term needs a clear explanation of whether stopping renewal affects outstanding shipments. The ability to cancel future billing is different from recovering amounts already collected or preventing fulfillment of a prescription already prepared.

Dispensed prescriptions generally cannot be refunded

The terms exclude returns and refunds for dispensed compounded medication except where required by law. They allow discretionary review for billing errors, nonshipment or nondelivery, and damaged or defective products, with a request within seven days of the issue. These are limited exceptions rather than a guarantee that every delivery complaint produces cash back. Keep the label, tracking and photographs if relevant, and ask which party handles a pharmacy error. Appointment or consultation fees may follow different rules from medication charges.

Verify the actual dispenser and location eligibility

Heros advertises service across all fifty states and U.S. pharmacy preparation, while the terms make individual service availability conditional. The reviewed product description does not establish one assigned dispenser for all patients. Ask which pharmacy will fill the prescription and what to do about a delayed or temperature-sensitive shipment. General registration and certification badges are not FDA approval of a compounded product. The provider’s clinical-trial references and testimonials do not establish results from its own preparation or an individual patient’s likely experience.
