Levity is no longer taking subscription orders

Levity's homepage now announces that its subscription service has closed and directs visitors to its sister brand, ZipHealth. The linked closure notice says new and repeat subscription orders stopped in September 2026. Someone shopping for a new semaglutide plan should treat that notice as the starting point, rather than relying on older Levity pricing or treatment pages that remain accessible.

Existing subscriptions and a new provider

The closure notice says Levity subscriptions have already been canceled. It also says a ZipHealth purchase requires a new customer consultation and is a one-time order, rather than a transfer of the Levity subscription. A new assessment can lead to a different treatment recommendation. Do not assume that the old price, dose, billing schedule or pharmacy arrangement follows you to another service.

Why older semaglutide pages can be misleading

A separate Levity help article says compounded semaglutide sales ended on April 30, 2025, although the article itself carries a May 2026 date. Older subscription help still describes monthly clinician oversight, medicine and supplies, shipping and optional coaching. Those descriptions explain an earlier service; their continued presence online does not override the closure notice or prove current compounded semaglutide availability.

Billing questions for former patients

Older subscription guidance allowed account changes before an order was processed, with later requests applying to a subsequent billing cycle. Since Levity now says subscriptions have been canceled, a former patient with a charge or outstanding order should ask support to reconcile that specific transaction. Keep the order confirmation and cancellation record. A general closure announcement does not tell us whether an individual paid order shipped or a particular refund was issued.

How to use this review now

The price record below preserves what this publication captured previously. It is useful for understanding an old quote, but it should not be used to budget a new Levity subscription. Confirm continuity of care with your clinician if you are affected by the closure. Any replacement provider needs its own assessment of the product, full cost, follow-up access and dispensing arrangements.
