Livv now leads to a different brand

The former Livv website redirects to 50 Stars Health. That is the first thing to know before comparing this review with a saved Livv offer. The current destination describes an online weight-management service with clinician assessment, medication delivery and portal support. A redirect establishes where the website leads; it does not establish that an existing Livv contract, price or refund arrangement transferred unchanged. Existing customers should confirm who now holds their account and which terms govern it.

What the current service advertises

50 Stars Health describes flat-price plans covering consultation, prescribed medication and shipping, without increases as the prescribed dose changes. The homepage does not give a current semaglutide-specific dollar price, so the earlier Livv figure should not be treated as its live quote. Other longevity products have their own prices and prepaid conditions. Before paying, obtain the specific formulation, term, amount due immediately and next renewal charge. A broad all-inclusive statement is useful only when matched to the plan actually selected.

Approval and delivery are separate stages

The service begins with a medical-history assessment and review by a licensed provider. Its homepage says no charge unless approved and estimates delivery within three to five business days after approval. That estimate excludes the time spent completing intake or resolving clinician questions. It includes medication and needed injection supplies when prescribed. A saved order confirmation should distinguish approval, pharmacy processing and carrier shipment, particularly if you are transferring from another service and need continuity of care.

Automatic renewal can continue without a refill

The published policy describes an automatically renewing subscription charged one day before each billing cycle begins. It says renewal can continue even if the patient has not completed the actions needed to maintain an active prescription. That creates a practical reason to monitor the billing date independently of medication arrival. Ask whether any incomplete follow-up will interrupt supply while charges continue, and resolve the issue before the next payment rather than assuming an unfilled prescription stops the subscription.

Cancel before the next billing date

The policy requires cancellation at least two days before the next billing date through the patient portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not normally mean an immediate refund. Partial refunds for a non-dispensed portion are discretionary, and shipped prescriptions cannot be returned even unopened. Before choosing a longer term, ask for the amount that would remain refundable after the first fill. Retain the cancellation confirmation and its effective date.

Report delivery problems promptly

Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt with packaging and vial photographs, the lot number and an explanation. Keep those materials until the order has been checked. The homepage describes licensed compounding-pharmacy partners without identifying the dispenser assigned to each patient, so obtain that name and pharmacist contact information. Portal access is advertised for clinical questions, but unlimited access is not a promise of an immediate response or emergency care.
