The Semaglutide Report

Maves review

Choose the single treatment or a bundle deliberately

Maves sells a standalone compounded semaglutide program and separately promotes multi-treatment protocols. The semaglutide offer includes clinician review, medication, a home kit and advertised expedited shipping. A protocol containing additional prescriptions is a different purchase and should not be treated as a necessary upgrade. Marketing about protecting muscle or improving energy does not establish an individual benefit from adding another treatment. Ask the clinician what is appropriate independently of the bundle discount.

The introductory discount ends after month one

The product page displays $189 for the first month and $249 a month thereafter. The $60 saving is introductory, not the continuing monthly price. The homepage also promotes protocol bundles with their own first-month and renewal amounts. Save the selected plan and next charge before paying. The semaglutide page says the patient does not pay if they do not qualify; ask when approval, payment and pharmacy submission happen so you understand which stage can still be stopped.

How review and follow-up are described

Maves describes a short health questionnaire, clinician review within 24 hours and pharmacy delivery if prescribed. It advertises direct clinical messaging, portal-based dose adjustments and no separate fee for those adjustments. Those are service features, rather than evidence of an immediate response to every message. Ask how follow-up information is collected before refills and what to do if the care team needs to assess a problem before the next supply. A prescription remains a clinical decision.

The published shipping windows need clarification

The treatment page advertises free expedited delivery, but the shipping policy describes two to three business days of processing followed by an average delivery window of four to twelve business days. It also says checkout determines shipping charges. The policy still opens under the name Homera Health, although it appears on Maves’ site and provides Maves support details. Ask which policy and delivery window apply to your actual order instead of assuming the fastest headline controls.

Canceling future care is not returning medication

The product page says cancellation is allowed at any time. The shipping-and-returns policy, however, treats prescription sales as final and does not accept returns for reuse or resale. It directs prescription-filling errors to support immediately. Those statements do not give a precise deadline for stopping the next renewal or establish a refund for unused medication. Obtain that deadline before purchase and keep the effective cancellation date, especially if a refill is already being prepared.

Confirm the actual pharmacy and state access

Maves says it is not a pharmacy and that licensed U.S. pharmacies dispense prescribed medications. Its public quality and testing claims do not identify the dispenser assigned to every order or independently establish the quality of an individual fill. The product footer also says prescription availability varies by state. Confirm your state, formulation, dispensing pharmacy and contact route before relying on a general nationwide-looking homepage. The advertised compounded product is not branded Ozempic or Wegovy.
