It advertises no separate membership fee and a flat price as the dose changes. That is a quarterly purchase, not a verified $100 one-month option. Ask whether the quoted amount covers all care, medication and shipping for your prescription and whether the full term renews at once. A monthly headline should not replace the current quarterly billing qualifier.

The homepage names the care and pharmacy partners

Rylo identifies VialsRX in Houston as its dispenser and Lone Star Virtual Health as its clinical group, subject to state requirements. A separate portal policy refers to Wasef Health and a wider pharmacy network. Those descriptions do not confirm who will treat or dispense for a new patient. Obtain the clinician’s practice and actual pharmacy for the chosen program. A name on a marketing page is useful context, not proof of an individual prescription assignment.

Ask whether check-ins are live or message-based, who answers medication questions and how a treatment change affects the next shipment. Ask Rylo to identify the agreement that applies to your offer, including every charge. Do not combine the homepage’s price with a different policy’s billing assumptions.

Canceling and refund eligibility are different

The public terms permit cancellation without a cancellation fee, while making refunds dependent on the treatment stage. The homepage describes a refund before the first physician consultation, which does not establish a refund after a prescription or shipment. Before committing to three months, ask for the renewal deadline, the amount refundable after clinical review and the handling of unshipped medication. Keep the written confirmation; a quarterly monthly-equivalent price is only comparable once the commitment and exit conditions are clear.
