The Semaglutide Report

TelePeptide review

TelePep and TelePeptide refer to the same service

The site identifies TelePep as a trade name of TelePeptide LLC. It describes direct-pay online care through an independent medical group and licensed pharmacies, rather than the platform itself practicing medicine. The sequence is intake, clinician evaluation, medication if prescribed and follow-up. Review is usually asynchronous unless the state or clinical situation requires audio or video. A quick published review estimate does not guarantee a particular prescription or immediate approval.

Separate monthly billing from prepaid equivalents

Injectable semaglutide is listed at $199 monthly, $567 for three months, $1,074 for six months and $2,028 annually. The annual $169 monthly equivalent requires the full annual payment. Oral dissolvable semaglutide and combination products have different rates and should not be substituted into that comparison. The pricing page advertises evaluation, prescription, medication and shipping together. Compare the commitment you are willing to make if treatment changes before choosing the smallest equivalent.

Paying annually and paying monthly create different commitments even when advertised side by side. Read our guide to prepaid terms and refunds. Ondra Health review provides another example where term length affects the treatment of unshipped medication.

Payment is collected at intake

The current pricing and refund text says the selected plan is charged at intake and refunded automatically in full if the clinician does not prescribe. Some surrounding FAQ wording refers to completing review before paying or labels a section as zero at intake, so confirm the actual checkout sequence. The meaningful policy distinction is that a declined prescription is described as fully refunded without an added consultation deduction. Save the selected terms and payment notice to track the bank’s refund timing if needed.

Prepaid cancellation concerns unshipped months

The refund policy permits pro-rata refunds for prepaid months not yet shipped, less a $25 administrative fee, when cancellation occurs before the next pharmacy fulfillment cycle. If the clinician initiates discontinuation, it describes refunding prepaid amounts for supplies not yet prepared without that fee. These are different rules for different circumstances. A plan that has already been fulfilled does not retain the same unused-month balance. Ask which supply has been prepared before calculating an expected refund.

Renewal and first-order cancellation are separate

Monthly plans renew on the billing anniversary, and longer prepaid terms renew at the end of the selected term unless canceled. Cancellation before the next billing date stops future charges. The first-charge refund window is seven days only if the pharmacy has not prepared or shipped the medication; preparation can close the window earlier. A cancellation confirmation is promised by email within one business day, so follow up if it does not arrive.

Check state access and delivery timing

The site states service in 48 states and the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska and Mississippi. Actual prescribing and pharmacy access still depend on the patient and formulation. It estimates medication arrival within three to five days after the prescribing and fulfillment steps, with clinical review typically within five hours. Obtain the contracted medical group and dispensing pharmacy details if they are not already in the portal. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved generic equivalents of branded GLP-1 medicines.
