Monthly cost versus a prepaid program

WeightCare's semaglutide page lists $399 for month-to-month treatment and $747 upfront for a three-month program, a $249 monthly equivalent. It also displays longer-plan monthly figures that should be checked against their full checkout charge. A financing installment is another payment arrangement, not a lower medication price. Compare the total commitment and renewal terms for the specific option selected.

Starter and state wording is inconsistent

One section describes the three-month offer as covering all prescribed doses; another calls it a starter program for new patients. State exclusions differ too: the product page includes Alabama in one list but omits it in another, as does the general FAQ. Confirm your address and whether your existing dose qualifies before paying. The broader availability statement does not settle those conflicting details.

The care beyond the prescription

WeightCare describes physician messaging, monthly check-ins and access to nutrition and coaching resources. Its process page also presents a coaching app with tracking tools and educational material. Ask which services are included in your chosen plan and which require a separate session purchase. An app or resource library can be useful support, but it does not replace an appointment with the clinician responsible for your prescription.

Payment comes before the medical assessment

The FAQ describes paying first, completing the health questionnaire and then receiving a physician review. It promises a full refund when the assigned physician determines that someone is not a candidate. It describes medication shipped with ice packs and tracking after the prescription is written. Ask for the dispensing pharmacy and its storage instructions; the reviewed pages describe an accredited U.S. pharmacy without identifying your individual dispenser.

Cancellation and the questions to settle

WeightCare says a monthly plan can be canceled before the next renewal through the portal or by contacting support. That statement should not be read as a promise to refund unused months of a prepaid purchase. Get the treatment eligibility, full term payment and early-stop rules in writing. Physician access is advertised throughout care, but the support description does not independently establish response times or an individual patient's experience.
