Why it opens with one row
Because for 41 of 95 sellers, one row is the whole answer. That is not a rounding of the market — it is what those sellers state, in their own words on their own pages: one price, every dose. The other 12 publish figures that differ from each other by dose, and one more publishes a vial concentration rather than a weekly dose at all.
If your seller is one of those, add a row for each price you were quoted. The tool keeps them apart, multiplies each by the months you give it, and prints the addition underneath so you can check it by hand.

Why this tool does not hand you a schedule
The obvious version of this page would lay out a standard escalation — four weeks here, four weeks there — and cost it out for you. This site will not, and the reason is a measurement rather than caution.
5 of the 95 sellers here publish an actual dose schedule. 90 do not. And no two of those 5 agree with each other — they start at four different doses, one quotes insulin units and twice-weekly dosing while the others quote milligrams once a week, and two count in weeks while two count in months. A ladder assembled from the rungs of several of them would be a dosing protocol this site invented. Each of the five is quoted in full, attributed, on the schedules page.
Why the answer is in months
All 192 published figures across all 95 sellers on this site are monthly rates — every one, with no exceptions, asserted at build time rather than assumed: the importer that builds the roster refuses to run if a figure ever arrives on a different cycle. So there is no weekly price to work in, and this page does not manufacture one by dividing a month into 4.33 weeks. What that means for a stretch of treatment is worked through here.
