Why it opens with one row
Use one row if your monthly price stays the same. If your quote changes after an introductory period or at a later prescribed dose, add a row for each price and enter the number of months it applies.
The calculator adds those periods together and shows both the total and the monthly average. Include required membership or care fees in the monthly amount you enter, and check separately for one-time charges or prepayment requirements.
Why this tool does not hand you a schedule
Your prescribed product and treatment plan determine when your dose changes. This calculator uses the prices and durations you enter; it does not select a dose, recommend an increase or decide how long you should stay at a dose.

Why the answer is in months
The inputs use dollars per month and the number of months each price applies. A month and a four-week billing period are different: confirm the billing cycle before entering your quote. A monthly equivalent also does not show the amount you may need to pay upfront.
