For a large minority of this market, nothing happens to the price when the weeks go on: 41 of the 92 sellers here state one price and say it holds at every dose. But 38 more say nothing about dose at all, and a silence is not the same promise.

Compare the billing period, not just the price
A weekly treatment schedule does not necessarily mean weekly billing. A provider may quote a calendar-month rate, a four-week charge or a monthly equivalent that requires several months of payment upfront. Check the full charge and how long the medication supply lasts before comparing offers.
The calculations below use the dated monthly-price observations in our comparison, not a current quote or a universal weekly rate. They multiply those recorded figures by the months you select. Confirm the actual billing interval and any prepayment before using an estimate for your own budget.
What actually changes when your dose does
41 of 92 sellers state, in their own words on their own pages, that the price does not change with the dose. That is a pricing policy rather than a price for a milligram. For those sellers, costing out a stretch of treatment is one multiplication and the answer is a number. A further 38 sellers make no statement about dose at all, which looks similar on a price page and is not: nothing has been promised, so nothing has been ruled out either.
The other 12 publish figures that differ from each other by dose, and one more publishes a vial concentration rather than a weekly dose at all.

69 of 92 sellers publish a single figure, so a length of treatment has one answer at those sellers; 23 publish more than one and get a range. That is a different count from the 41 who state a flat policy: a seller can say its price does not move with the dose and still publish more than one figure for other reasons. All 145 figures were read September 2026 and have not been re-read since.
The range across the whole market
Across every figure on this site, one month runs from Nova’s $25 (“monthly”) to Levity’s $1,599 (“$1,599/mo thereafter. Billed & shipped approx. every 4 weeks.”) — a spread of 64×. Those are two real figures published by two named companies, not a market low and a market high: this site has read 92 sellers, not the market, and two published figures are usually not comparable even when they sit on one line like this.
Most of that gap is not one medicine getting dearer. The lower figure is from a seller whose page never says whether what it dispenses is compounded or branded, and the higher one is from a seller that states it dispenses the branded product. Those are different medicines, made by different people under different rules, and comparing the two numbers directly compares more than the price. What each seller says about that is on the page about what a price includes.

A band is taken on the seller’s own lowest published figure. It says where that company’s cheapest number falls; it does not say what a month with that company costs you, and it is not a comparison with anybody else.
What a total does not include
Every number this page produces is a published figure multiplied by a number of months. It is not a quote, it is not an offer, and none of it has been re-checked since it was read. What each figure covers differs by seller — some itemize the medication, the consultation, the follow-up and the shipping; some itemize other things and never the drug; some state nothing at all. Each seller’s record says which, and the full table of every figure prints the basis each one was quoted on.
Counted across the whole roster, that variation has a shape: what a semaglutide price actually includes sets out how many sellers say the drug is in the figure, how many name the pharmacy, and how many say whether it is compounded or branded. The Rylo Health review examines quarterly billing and its no-separate-membership claim, while the AHBARx review distinguishes supply length from shipment timing.
Why this page shows no dose next to a price
This site draws a titration ladder — WEGOVY injection’s, over weeks 1–4, 5–8, 9–12, 13–16 and 17 onward, every step cited. Other semaglutide products step differently, and one dosage form is not weekly at all — so a ladder is a product’s ladder, never the molecule’s.
That is why the tool above asks how many months, not which week. A month is something the sellers priced. A week is something you would have to be told your dose for, and nobody here has earned the right to tell you that. Which sellers print dose steps on the page the price is on is counted separately, against the same roster.
Check whether a quantity means a week or a month
Our September comparison recorded medication amounts described per month for BioGlow Health. Its service review explains the care arrangement and why a current quote needs confirmation. Do not treat those amounts as weekly doses or use them to construct a dosing schedule. To compare a treatment budget, ask for the prescribed weekly dose, how long the supplied medication lasts and the complete charge for that supply.
Four-week billing is not calendar-month billing
The REMEVi review describes current four-week billing, while the Found review explains its 28-day cycles. Thirteen four-week periods cover fifty-two weeks. Budgeting only twelve payments understates that recurring commitment.
Those service findings are separate from the dated monthly-price observations used in this article’s calculations. Use the actual billing interval and full plan charge from your selected offer before comparing annual spending.
