The Semaglutide Report

Found review

What Found offers

Found offers online weight-management care with several medication pathways. Its current semaglutide product page describes a weekly compounded injection, including a preparation described as semaglutide with B12/Glycine. Found also lists branded semaglutide options, including Ozempic and Wegovy. These are different purchasing arrangements: the compounded plan includes medication, while branded medication is billed separately. A low Found membership headline therefore cannot be treated as the complete price of a branded prescription. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved, and a prescription decision remains with the clinician.

Consultations and continuing care

The published process starts with a health assessment and clinician review. Found describes cash-pay care as mainly text or chat based; its insurance track requires a synchronous video visit. It says patients connect monthly for refills and can contact their clinician between those contacts. The app also offers community access and an AI companion, which should be distinguished from a clinical consultation. Found says it uses licensed U.S. 503A compounding pharmacies, but the reviewed product page does not name the dispenser for an individual prescription. Ask for that pharmacy's identity and contact details before deciding whether the arrangement meets your needs.

Understand the billing cycle

The specific compounded-semaglutide FAQ lists cash-pay introductory pricing of $179 for the first 28-day cycle, then $289 per cycle on the shortest plan. With qualifying insurance, it lists $99 initially, then $199 per cycle, with visit copays additional. The advertised $169 cash and $99 insurance long-term figures require a 12-month plan paid upfront. These are not calendar-month subscriptions simply because the advertising uses a monthly label. Found's insurance page also explains that the subscription itself is not covered by insurance. Check the actual care coverage and visit responsibility rather than assuming that an insurance-supported plan makes all services free.

Commitment, cancellation and refunds

The linked offer terms exclude applicable labs and branded medication from the compounded-plan price and exclude government insurance from the insurance-priced offer. They warn that compounded products are not available in every state. Ask about your medication and location rather than treating the site's general insurance map as a product-availability guarantee. Renewal payments are nonrefundable, and Found recommends canceling or pausing at least 48 hours before renewal. Its general terms allow cancellation through support or the app or portal, but warn that clinical and prescription access may end when cancellation takes effect. For refunds, the offer describes early-cancellation conditions whose wording needs clarification, excludes dispensed or shipped medication and lab kits, and distinguishes disqualification from all treatment options from rejection of one preferred drug. Obtain the refund rule for your exact purchase in writing before prepaying.

What to confirm before enrolling

Found is clearest when the comparison stays specific: one medication category, one billing cycle and one commitment. Before paying, save the offered price and renewal schedule, ask who dispenses the prescription, and confirm how follow-up continues if you stop the subscription. That information is more useful than choosing from the smallest monthly headline alone.
