The Semaglutide Report

Ivim Health review

Care membership and medication are separate

Ivim offers both compounded and branded prescription pathways, including semaglutide. Membership is listed at $74.99 per month and is required throughout the selected medication program. The membership fee covers care-team access, check-ins and support; medication is a separate charge based on the prescription and program. A low advertised medication figure therefore does not describe the full recurring cost. Supplements and other health programs should not be treated as necessary components of a semaglutide quote.

The starting medication figure is a prepaid-plan comparison

Ivim’s help article, updated October 6, lists compounded semaglutide from $65 per month and says all compounded programs require payment upfront. Membership remains $74.99 monthly after the free consultation. The program page lists several term lengths, so the amount paid initially depends on the chosen offer. Ask for the complete medication charge, months supplied, membership obligation and renewal price. Do not read the medication’s monthly equivalent as permission to buy one month at that rate.

What weekly check-ins mean

The GLP-1 ID program begins with an intake and a video or chat consultation. It describes a short weekly app check-in that the provider reviews, with prescription changes based on progress and symptoms. A check-in is not necessarily a weekly live appointment. Ask how to request a consultation, how medication questions are escalated and whether a particular shipment depends on completing the next check-in. These published features describe the service model; they do not establish response times tested for this review.

Check the actual prescription and pharmacy

Ivim advertises branded Wegovy as well as compounded semaglutide, so identify the selected pathway before comparing prices or insurance options. Compounded medication is not FDA-approved. The reviewed pages did not establish one dispensing pharmacy for every patient. Confirm the assigned pharmacy, concentration, shipment schedule and availability for your state directly with the care team. The membership page says membership itself cannot be submitted to traditional insurance; prescription coverage is a separate question.

Canceling membership does not undo the program

The membership page allows cancellation online, effective at the end of the billing period, and says future prescribing requires active membership. The GLP-1 ID page uses stricter wording, stating that a selected program cannot be canceled once it starts. Read those statements together as a warning to settle the commitment before paying. Ask what happens to remaining medication, membership charges and any unpaid balance if treatment stops, rather than assuming that canceling automatic renewal releases the prepaid program.

Unused medication does not automatically qualify for a refund

The refund policy says prescribed medication is nonrefundable and nonreturnable. An inactive membership can stop shipments without extending the medication program period or creating refund rights. Delivery problems must be reported within seventy-two hours. Ivim’s ongoing check-in model may suit someone who wants regular contact, but it comes with a financial commitment beyond the headline medication price. Save the agreed term, cancellation conditions and shipment dates, particularly when paying for several months in advance.
