Separate the first-month offer from continuing cost

Prepaid options display $297 for three months, $534 for six months and $948 for twelve months. The equivalents of $99, $89 and $79 a month are not installment amounts. Consider the cash required upfront and the possibility that treatment could change before the paid term ends, rather than choosing the lowest monthly-looking number alone.

Clarify whether a plan renews automatically

The product repeatedly says no subscription or automatic billing, but the refund policy describes canceling a subscription through the account and the product footer refers to cancellation before the next shipment. These statements leave the exact renewal arrangement worth confirming for the selected plan. Ask whether you must manually reorder, whether a prepaid term renews and whether any recurring authorization is enabled. Keep that answer with the checkout confirmation instead of inferring billing behavior from the word monthly.

Prepaid refunds are not a simple unused-month count

The refund policy says multi-month medication is dispensed in three-month supplies. An unfulfilled portion may be canceled before the next supply is submitted to the pharmacy, but medication already submitted, prepared, dispensed or shipped is not refundable. Supplied medication is repriced at the applicable shorter-term rates from the original purchase date. The policy’s example refunds $414 from a $948 annual plan after six months, using the original $534 six-month price. There is no additional cancellation fee in that example.

Review timing is separate from dispatch

The product says a provider typically reviews intake within 24 hours. Pharmacy processing follows approval, and medication normally ships Monday through Thursday to reduce weekend delays. Express shipping therefore does not promise next-day arrival after the initial purchase. Tracking is provided after dispatch. If a package is delayed, damaged or lost, the policy directs patients to support for investigation and possible reshipment rather than promising an automatic refund for every carrier delay.

Check follow-up and dispenser details

MyFastRx advertises access to the clinical team for questions and medically appropriate dose changes without an added adjustment charge. It says licensed U.S. pharmacies dispense its prescriptions and that it does not manufacture the medication. Ask which pharmacy is assigned and how to reach the pharmacist if the label or shipment needs checking. The service is self-pay and says it does not accept insurance. Confirm state availability during intake before relying on broad national language.
