Confirm which dose and supply your clinician approves and the next billing date. Thirty-day billing is not identical to paying on the same date each calendar month. Keep the renewal schedule with your order rather than estimating the next payment from the amount left in a vial.

The evaluation fee is part of the purchase

The refund policy includes a $99 physician evaluation fee within applicable program purchases; it is not an extra charge on top of the displayed price. That amount becomes nonrefundable once evaluation or clinical review has begun or occurred. If the selected treatment is found inappropriate, the eligible remainder is refunded. Billing and refills require separate attention

Current terms generally describe recurring Weight Management charges every thirty days, subject to the cycle disclosed at checkout. Refills are requested through the patient account and require clinical approval; the payment date does not guarantee automatic dispatch.
