The Semaglutide Report

What a semaglutide price actually includes

Most of these sellers do tell you the drug is in the price — 73 of 95 say so. Far fewer will tell you who is making it or who is filling it: 84 of 95 name no pharmacy at all, and 54 never say whether what arrives is compounded or branded.

Three things a monthly figure either says or does not

A semaglutide price on a telehealth page is a single number with a cadence beside it. What that number buys is a separate question, and the sellers answer it to very different depths. This page counts three of those answers across all 95 sellers this site has read, using the fields recorded when each page was read rather than anything inferred from the wording.

What the sellers state, out of every seller on this site
  1. Say the medication itself is in the figure

73 of 9515 itemise other things and never the drug; 7 publishes no list at all

  2. Name the pharmacy that fills the prescription

11 of 9584 name no entity anywhere on the page the figure was read from

  3. Say whether it is compounded or branded

41 of 95all 39 of them say compounded; 2 say branded

95 sellers, 192 published figures, all read September 2026. Each bar is a count of SELLERS, not of figures — a seller publishing five figures counts once. A seller counts as stating something if it states it on at least one priced semaglutide row.

Who is actually filling the prescription

11 of 95 sellers name at least one pharmacy. Those are the ones a reader could look up. The other 84 do not, and the gap between those two groups is bigger than it looks, because naming a pharmacy and mentioning pharmacies are very different acts.

  • 10rx names Optimal Balance Pharmacy; Hallandale; Vials RX.
  • Bionomy Health names Strive Pharmacy and Absolute Pharmacy.
  • Cora Health names Hallandale Pharmacy; VialsRx.
  • HealthHub names AnazaoHealth; Tailor Made Compounding; Redrock Pharmacy; Professional Arts; Perfect RX; Vios Compounding Pharmacy.
  • Jently names Precision Compounding Pharmacy.
  • NexLife names Absolute Pharmacy, Hallandale Pharmacy, Red Rock Pharmacy, Empower Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy.
  • Ondra Health names Hallandale Pharmacy, Boudreaux's New Drug Store, Vials RX, Southend Pharmacy, Drug Crafters Pharmacy.
  • Open Water Rx names RedRock Pharmacy (Utah), HealthWarehouse (Kentucky), Precision Compounding Pharmacy (New York), Triad Rx (Texas).
  • RxPepsDirect names Optimal Balance Pharmacy.
  • Trellis Vitality names Vials Rx.
  • Zappy Health names The Pharmacy Hub.

Those names are printed as each seller printed them, including where two sellers spell the same pharmacy differently. This site has not verified that any of these pharmacies fills any particular order; what is recorded is that the seller published the name, which is more than 84 of the 95 did.

What the figures are said to cover

Beyond the drug itself, sellers itemise what a month buys in fairly consistent language. The list below counts how many of the 95 name each item on at least one priced row. Items named by fewer than five sellers are left out of the chart and are on each seller’s own review page.

What sellers say a monthly figure covers

  2. shipping

    68 of 95 sellers

  3. consultation

    59 of 95 sellers

  4. no membership fee

    31 of 95 sellers

  5. provider follow-up

    31 of 95 sellers

  6. supplies

    17 of 95 sellers

  7. dose adjustments

    11 of 95 sellers

  8. unlimited messaging

    10 of 95 sellers

  9. syringes and needles

    7 of 95 sellers

95 sellers, 192 figures, read September 2026. Counted per SELLER: a seller naming shipping on four figures counts once. Items named by fewer than five sellers are omitted from the chart, not from the record.

What this page cannot tell you

Everything above is what the sellers state. There is no field on this site for what a price excludes, and that is the more useful half of the question.

Why there is no score, no grade and no ranking here

It is tempting to add these three counts together and call the result a transparency score. This site does not, and the reason is not modesty: a score implies the three are commensurable and that a seller naming a pharmacy is somehow ahead of one stating it is compounded. Nothing in this record supports that weighting, so inventing one would be dressing a preference up as a measurement.

The order of every list on this page is alphabetical for the same reason. An order a reader could mistake for a ranking is a ranking.

Does a higher price mean more is included?

Nothing in this record shows that. What a figure covers and what it costs are recorded separately here, and this site has not tested one against the other, so it does not claim a relationship in either direction.

If a seller does not say whether it is compounded, which is it?

This site does not guess. What is recorded is that the page the price was read from did not say. Compounded and branded semaglutide are different products made by different people under different rules, and filling that silence in with an assumption would be inventing the most important fact about the figure.

Are these the sellers' own words for what is included?

No, and the page says so where the list appears. Each item is a normalised label a researcher assigned while reading the page, so that different phrasings for the same claim can be counted together. The seller’s actual wording is on that seller’s review page beside the figure it belongs to.

192 figures across 95 sellers, each read from the seller’s own page on September 2026, with what it was said to include read in the same pass. Counts on this page are over sellers unless a line says otherwise, and every one is computed from the record rather than typed. Each seller’s figures and its own wording are on its review page; what a stretch of treatment costs is on the cost page; who pays this site is on the disclosure page. Last checked September 2026.
