The starting and continuing figures are not consistent

Fitstry’s semaglutide page displays a $149 starting medication figure, but its introduction says $249 per month when prescribed and a later section says month-to-month plans start at $249. The page does not clearly reconcile these amounts for one selected prescription. Obtain the first charge and subsequent charge in writing. Its billing note says plans bill and ship every four weeks. That is a twenty-eight-day cycle, so a monthly label should not be used to assume exactly twelve charges in a year.

The advertised care package is broader than medication

Fitstry lists a lab panel, unlimited clinician access, coaching every two weeks, a care line and shipping. It describes the care component as temporarily free, with patients paying for medication. Quoted independent-market values are comparisons, not additional Fitstry charges or verified savings for every patient. Ask which laboratory panel and visits are actually included for the selected plan and whether they remain included after the promotion. A free initial assessment is different from a guarantee that ongoing care will remain free indefinitely.

An assessment still needs a clinician’s decision

The service describes an online assessment producing a Living Profile, followed by review from a licensed clinician. The profile demonstration is explicitly illustrative. Fitstry promises a full first-month refund and cancellation if the clinician does not approve a prescription. That is a specific nonapproval promise, not evidence the assessment itself establishes a diagnosis or that a proprietary report predicts an individual outcome. We did not independently validate its assessment method, practitioner credentials or advertised review timing.

Parent guarantees may concern separate fees

The linked Weightstry refund policy describes a thirty-day membership-fee guarantee, a clinical-fit medication guarantee after initial laboratory review and one clinician switch within sixty days. Fitstry’s landing page, however, says there is no program fee during its promotion. Ask which guarantees and amounts attach to your purchase. A refund of a membership fee that is not charged is different from a refund of medication, and the general policy should not be interpreted as a universal thirty-day medication trial.

Stopping membership does not reverse a filled prescription

Weightstry’s policy says cancellation stops future membership billing, with access lasting through the paid period. Medication, labs and dispensed shipments generally are not refundable except the specified clinical-fit exception; it also refers to independent provider policies. Confirm how cancellation affects Fitstry’s medication renewal and any separately charged service. Record the next four-week processing date and obtain written confirmation. A no-contract message is not the same as a right to recover an already dispensed order or financing payment.

Coverage and pharmacy assignment remain individual

Fitstry advertises forty-nine-state availability with Louisiana on a waitlist. The provider still must approve treatment and eligibility can depend on the patient’s location. The page describes licensed pharmacy fulfillment without establishing one universal dispenser in the offer. Ask for the actual pharmacy and how to reach the clinician for a prescription question. Clinical-trial statistics shown by the service concern branded medicines studied in trials, not proof of Fitstry’s compounded program outcomes or endorsement by the cited journals.
